Our experienced hair stylists have been trained and certified by two of the most prestigious hair extension academies, Beauty Works and Great Lengths. Both offer a wide range of methods, lengths and thickness to suit your individual hair type and to match the vision in your head.
The bubbles are on ice, the aromatherapy neck and shoulder masseuse is ready to ease away the stresses of your day and the rest of our team is waiting to indulge you.

Cleo did a fantastic job cutting and blow drying my long, thick hair. I think this is one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I do not give this praise lightly and I have never reviewed a salon before, but Komao and Cleo deserve to be acknowledged for their friendliness and expertise.

I cannot recommend Komao enough - a first class salon with a first class team!Nicole and Laura are honestly the nicest hairdressers I've ever known, I feel like I could chat to them both forever! They are both so friendly and welcoming, very funny and absolutely lovely.Nicole is absolutely BRILLIANT with my long, thick, full head of hair! I've been to her twice now, once for a cut and style and once for balayage, cut and style. Both times she has absolutely nailed it. My hair is not easy - there's a lot of it and it's very thick - but each time I have got exactly what I wanted and absolutely loved it. Nicole is amazing, I will not go anywhere else now!

I cannot thank this Salon enough. I have been coming here since the day they have opened and my hair has been transformed. I have always had extensions and I used to have bleach & bonded extensions. Laura introduced me to tapes and highlift & I have not looked back. I started this hair journey almost 3 years ago and my hair is now in AMAZING condition and I now have hardly any tapes in my hair! I never thought I would get to this stage but it is possible & tapes are safe for your hair, I am living proof!!! If your looking for a warm, friendly, honest and genuine salon Laura, Nicole and Debbie are the best around.

My 16 year old daughter fancied a new hairstyle so we came in to Komao and had a free consultation with Lidia. Lidia was professional and so knoweldgable and new immediately what would suit my daughter best. We booked for the following week for caramel highlights and a cut/restyle. From the minute we walked in (i went wth her) we were looked after by all the team with tea/coffee etc. My daughter was talked through every step of the treatment and to say shes pleased with the new her is an understatement. she loves her new hair and is over the moon. I cant reccomend Lidia and Komao enough. its a stunning salon with lovely friendly and amazingly takented staff. Will definitely be back and reccomend to anyone and everyone.

From booking the initial appointment to my amazing new hair, everything about Komao has been the best! Laura was so fun and friendly she made the 6 hours in the chair absolutely fly by. Her knowledge was really on point, and she was very honest when telling me exactly what cut and colour would work with my hair type.The finishing on the interior and facilities at Komao are so luxurious, you really enjoy your time being there.... Free prosecco is also a great touch!! Everyone working here is so friendly and approachable, they will go out of their way to get you anything!Would recommend to EVERYONE, cannot wait to go back.Thank you x

Laura was absolutely brilliant stylist. I had my hair highlighted and styled in November and was really happy with the result. Last week I had some extensions, not for length but for fullness as my hair was really thin due to trauma, menopause and medication. I am thrilled with how my hair looks now. It hasn’t looked this good for years! The salon staff are amazing and super friendly. They really get to know you and what’s going to work best for you. And you get to drink champagne while you’re hair is being done, what’s not to like!
