As the founder of Komao, Debbie brings not only leadership but a true passion for hairstyling—especially creative blow-dries, hair-up looks, and versatile styling across all hair types. She also specialises in clip-in and weft extensions, offering appointments on a consultation basis to provide truly personalised service.
Debbie is extensively qualified in hair and beauty, including advanced training in extensions. She also holds certifications in Business Law, Health & Safety, and Data Protection, ensuring that every aspect of the salon meets the highest standards of professionalism and care.
Her deep-rooted passion for hair extensions is backed by years of hands-on research into different types and textures. She has personally tested a wide range of brands to ensure only the best are used at Komao. Debbie’s mission is to deliver exceptional quality through a highly trained team—always prioritising a calm, welcoming environment and outstanding client care.

Ant brings over 20 years of experience in business operations, with a background in finance, supply chain, and salon management—primarily within the luxury goods sector.
His focus is on supporting the team to deliver the exceptional experience our clients expect, while also ensuring the salon runs smoothly and meets all necessary operational requirements.
You’ll often find Ant welcoming clients into the salon, and he’s always happy to hear your feedback or answer any questions.
Jess is a standout talent at Komao!
Since joining the salon at the start of 2025, she’s quickly built a loyal client base, thanks to her warm approach and consistent results. Her passion for hair began early—she’s been working with hair since the age of 14.
Jess is highly trained in colour and stays up to date with the latest techniques to ensure her clients always leave feeling their best. She’s also skilled in cutting and takes the time to truly understand each client’s vision.
Fully qualified in all extension methods, Jess is on her way to becoming a master extensionist. She loves welcoming both new and returning clients and takes pride in supporting them on their hair journey.
